Availability:
- Billboard Pride x Fewocious collectibles (“BPF Collectible(s)”) are available beginning ‘July 29, 2022 11am PT’.
- A total of two hundred and fifty (250) BPF Collectible(s) will be minted and made available for purchase and will remain for sale while supplies last.
- No additional BPF Collectibles will be created.
- Each BPF Collectible will cost two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to primary purchasers (“Purchaser(s)”) and will provide the benefits of:
- Joining a private Billboard ChartStars discord (the “Discord Benefit”).
- Access to a single Billboard event (the “Billboard Event”) of the Purchaser’s choice (the “Billboard Event Benefit”) for any event held within one (1) year from time of purchase.
- Purchase is contingent on Purchasers accepting the Billboard ChartStars terms of service, PMC’s and Unblocked’s privacy policies and any applicable content license(s).
Benefits:
- Purchasers are entitled to:
- Join a private Billboard ChartStars discord where early previews of upcoming drops will be made available;
- Purchasers are required to provide certain information for entry to Discord.
- A single Discord username can be granted access per Purchaser.
- Receive tickets to a single Billboard Event of their choice.
- Options may include events such as Latin Music Week, LA3C, Women in Music, and Billboard events at SXSW.
Delivery of Benefits:
- Within thirty (30) days after the BPF Collectibles go on sale Unblocked will reach out to all Purchasers entitled to the Discord Benefit and request discord usernames.
- Purchasers failing to provide discord information within thirty (30) days after Unblocked’s outreach are not guaranteed entry to the private Discord for BPF Collectible purchasers.
- Unblocked reserves the right to revoke access to the private Discord for any reason.
- Communications from Unblocked or Billboard to Purchasers will be via the email address provided by Purchasers in opening the Purchasers’ Billboard ChartStars accounts.
- Billboard (or Unblocked) will reach out to each BPF Collectible Purchaser promptly after Billboard announces a new eligible event and the Purchaser will have thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled first day of the event to advise Billboard (or Unblocked) if tickets are desired and where in the United States they should be sent (if online access is not available). Purchasers failing to advise Billboard (or Unblocked) in the time allotted are not guaranteed entrance to the Billboard Event. If online access is not available tickets may only be sent to an address in the United States.
- Two (2) tickets will be issued for the Billboard Event of a Purchasers choosing.
- Once tickets are redeemed, Purchasers are ineligible to receive free tickets to future events.
- Lodging and transportation will not be provided for any Billboard Event. Only tickets for entry will be provided by Unblocked or Billboard.
Resale:
- The Billboard ChartStars’ marketplace, which is not yet open, will eventually allow for the option of reselling BPF Collectibles in a so-called “secondary market.” This option will not immediately be available at the time of purchase. However, when such option does become available, if any BPF Collectible is sold on the secondary market the original Purchaser forfeits any unredeemed Discord Benefit and/or Billboard Event Benefit and the secondary purchaser only receives the BPF Collectible and does not become entitled to the Discord Benefit or the Billboard Event Benefit.
Wallet Transfers & Ownership:
- All Purchaser accounts will be tied to a corresponding wallet created by Billboard ChartStars. Assets originating on Billboard ChartStars will not be withdrawable to third party wallets, at this time.
