Hot 100 Pass Season 1 Terms & Conditions

Availability:

• Digital Collectible Hot 100 Season One Inaugural passes (the “Hot 100 Inaugural Passes”) are available, with benefits (“Benefits”) allocated in three (3) tiers, in the quantities and at the prices stated below. The Passes will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

• No more of these Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Hot 100 Inaugural Passes, with the attendant Benefits, will be created and, once supplies are depleted, no additional Hot 100  Inaugural Passes will be available for purchase from the Billboard ChartStars store. Different forms of Hot 100 passes, with different benefits, may become available, outside of this early adopter offering.

Benefits:

• The following Benefits are provided to Purchasers of these Hot 100 Inaugural Passes. Purchase is contingent on Purchasers accepting the Billboard ChartStars terms of service as well as PMC’s and Unblocked’s privacy policies.
• Tiering of Hot 100 Inaugural Passes becomes rarer as the tiers move from Gold through Platinum to Diamond. Original purchasers are entitled to the Benefits of their purchased tier as well as all of the Benefits of the less rare tiers.
• The Billboard ChartStars’ marketplace, which is not yet open, will eventually allow for the option of reselling Hot 100 Inaugural Passes in a so-called “secondary market.” This option will not immediately be available at the time of purchase. However, when such option does become available, if any Hot 100 Inaugural Pass is sold on the secondary market, the original Purchaser forfeits unredeemed Benefits and the secondary purchaser is not entitled to any Benefits. 
• Physical Benefits can only be shipped within the United States

† Only event entry is provided. Billboard ChartStars will not provide Hotel accommodations or air and/or ground transportation to and from the event.

Delivery of Benefits:

• As stated above, physical Benefits will only be delivered within the United States.
• Communications from Unblocked or Billboard to Purchasers will be via the email address provided by Purchasers in opening the Purchasers’ Billboard ChartStars accounts.
• Purchasers of Hot 100 Inaugural Passes will be contacted about their rewards on or before 06/27/2022 10:00am Pacific Time.
• Billboard (or Unblocked) will reach out to each Diamond Hot 100 Inaugural Pass Purchaser promptly after Billboard announces a new eligible event and the Purchaser will have thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled first day of the event to advise Billboard (or Unblocked) if tickets are desired and where in the United States they should be sent (if online access is not available). Purchasers failing to advise Billboard (or Unblocked)  in the time allotted are not guaranteed entrance to the event. 
• Purchasers failing to provide delivery information twenty-one (21) days after Unblocked’s outreach are not guaranteed to receive their physical Benefits, other than any tickets  (i.e, the pendant or the speakers).
• Purchasers failing to provide discord information twenty-one (21) days after Unblocked’s outreach are not guaranteed entry to the private discord for Hot 100 Inaugural Pass holders.
• Unblocked reserves the right to revoke access to the private Discord for any reason.

Resale:

Purchasers will eventually be able to sell their Hot 100 Inaugural Passes on the Billboard ChartStars’ marketplace with the understanding that none of the other Benefits accorded with Passes will accompany such resale and seller will forfeit any unredeemed Benefits. In other words, the Hot 100 Inaugural Pass Benefits may only be redeemed by the original Purchaser of the Hot 100 Inaugural Pass at issue. If the Hot 100 Inaugural Pass is sold on the marketplace  the original Purchaser (i.e., the seller) will forfeit any unredeemed Benefits and the buyer will not be entitled to receive from Billboard and/or Unblocked any of the  Benefits afforded to the Hot 100 Inaugural Pass holders, including the pendant, the speakers, the Billboard Pro subscription, access to Discord and/or access to Billboard events. Option for resale of the Hot 100 Inaugural Passes will not immediately be available at the time of purchase.

Wallet Transfers & Ownership:

All Purchaser accounts will be tied to a corresponding wallet created by Billboard ChartStars. Assets originating on Billboard ChartStars will not be withdrawable to third party wallets, at this time.
