Billboard Bebops Terms & Conditions

Availability:

• Digital Collectibles, Billboard Bebops Season One, (the “BBop Season 1” collectibles) are available and allocated in four (4) tiered levels, in the quantities and at the prices stated below. The Passes will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Users purchasing a given tier will receive a random collectible belonging to said tier level.

• No more of these VIP, Fanclub, Culture, or General Admission Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles will be created and, once supplies are depleted, no additional Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles will be available for purchase from the Billboard ChartStars store. Different forms of Billboard Bebop collectibles may become available, outside of this early adopter offering.

Resale:

Purchasers will eventually be able to sell their Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles on the Billboard ChartStars’ marketplace with the understanding that no potential benefits accorded with these collectibles will accompany such resale and sellers will forfeit any unredeemed potential benefits. In other words, the Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles potential benefits may only be redeemed by the original Purchaser of the Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles at issue. If the Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectible is sold on the marketplace, the original Purchaser (i.e., the seller) will forfeit any potential unredeemed benefits and the buyer will not be entitled to receive from Billboard and/or Unblocked any of the  potential benefits afforded to the Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles holders. Option for resale of the Billboard Bebop Season 1 collectibles will not immediately be available at the time of purchase.

Wallet Transfers & Ownership:

All Purchaser accounts will be tied to a corresponding wallet created by Billboard ChartStars. Assets originating on Billboard ChartStars will not be withdrawable to third party wallets, at this time.
